House
Casa Rustico Italico is a lovely family home in the hills of Le Marche, with a fabulous view on the Cesano Valley. The house has a large private pool (11 x 5 m), four bedrooms and an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven. Enjoy your dinner under the veranda with a view on the sunset! There is a dining kitchen inside the house with SMEG stove, dishwasher, AGA stove. The house is equipped with every comfort: WiFi, Xbox, DVD, satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
The house is surrounded by farmland and forrest, on a large private terrain with fruit- and olive trees and a trampoline for the children
It’s only a 10 minute drive to the beautiful town of Pergola – with shops and a (food) market on Saturday.
The house is perfectly located for those who occasionally want to go to the sea (40 km) and is less than an hour’s drive from historic towns such as Gubbio (Umbria), Urbino, Jesi and Perugia. At about 25 km away
the caves of Frasassi and the Monte Catria, with a beautiful nature on 1700 meters altitude.
Pool & Garden
The new private pool is situated behind the house. It is 5 by 11 meters with a large terrace around. There is an outdoor shower, sunbeds and a pool house when you need some time out of the sun and have a cool drink. From the pool you have great views across the Cesano valley!
Rooms
Casa Rustico Italico has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is an extra, separate toilet downstairs.
The living has a (satellite) TV, lot’s of DVD’s and books. There is a scullery with washer and dryer.
The spacious dining kitchen has all the comfort you need, with SMEG stove, dishwasher, AGA stove.
Cooking
One of the main attractions of Italy is ofcourse the food! Anywhere you go you’ll easily find a place to eat a good pasta, pizza or a dish of roast meet with contorni (a salad or some grilled vegetables).
The kitchen & diningroom are the best place to spend long afternoons and evenings cooking and enjoying great Italian food. From the simplest pasta to the most complicated menu you can cook it on the large SMEG range, with hot-air oven and grill.
The kitchen further has a Quooker (giving instant boiling water from a tap), dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. Sharp knives, professional pans and a number of cookery books for inspiration. And to lay the table: linen, Wedgwood in all sizes and sorts and crystal glasses.
Outside, there is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ & pizza oven on the large terrace next to the house. There is a second grill outside under the portico.
